"Went here in September, went in with maybe a few split ends nothing crazy or noticeable. My hair is COMPLETELY damaged now. I have split ends on practically every strand of my hair and it’s completely broken. Not to mention my hair didn’t even look anything like I wanted it to at all. Last time I went here, a girl fresh out of cosmetology school and got exactly what I wanted and left with my hair being healthy so i’m confused on why the previous owner of the salon over-processed me and didn’t color my hair as I asked."
