The focus really is on training and they provide you with all the information you need to make the fence successful. If for some reason things aren't working out, Rick is a quick phone call away and very accessible to provide advice and solutions - if you need an in person refresh they will come to your house for that as well. I am also a gardener and managed to break the fence within the first month and Rick's team was out fixing it the same day that I reached out. Cannot recommend them highly enough!!!"

"We couldn't be happier with our DogWatch system as it has eased our minds when letting our dogs out into our yard, especially when someone is helping us out by taking our dogs out. Rick came by within a few days of our call to give us an estimate and scheduled an installation as soon as possible. Although the system is what we were looking for, the best part of using DogWatch of Southeastern CT was that Rick and his crew made sure they trained our dogs before they left our yard. They were professional, punctual and pleasant. We continued some training with them after the initial training, but we had to do very little. Rick even came back after a week or so to make sure our dogs were still handling the new hidden fence well. All in all, I don't believe there is a better place to get a hidden dog fence."
