"If you can overlook the horrible customer service this is a great little spot. The women at the front desk refused to give me an extra set of sheets and was rude with any question we asked. The room itself was large, bathroom had plenty of space to get ready and the large window looking out to the river was lovely. Mattresses were very soft, not great for the back. Housekeeping does a great job if you're staying multiple days."

"We had a wonderful stay. The room was recently updated and had a surprisingly nice river view. Easy access to parking. Guest services kindly helped us revise our reservation to accommodate an extra guest in our party. Will definitely stay here again when I’m in new Milford."

"We stayed here last minute and what a pleasant surprise the inn was! We stayed in a Deluxe King and the bathroom was incredible! Luxurious shower, tub, double sinks… it was lovely. The bed was so comfortable and the room overall was immaculate. Only issue we had was the TV couldn’t connect to wifi so we had to use a cell phone hot spot to watch TV. This is our new go to spot for when we are in town to visit family."

"We are in visiting my son and wanted something closer to him. Rocky River Inn is close to the little town New Milford for food and necessities. The room we had was a double bed and looked exactly like the pictures on the website. The room was neat, clean, very spacious, had a fridge/microwave, and had a large window to view the river as well. Very quiet and picturesque. The lady at the front desk was very sweet and welcoming. We will definitely stay here again when visiting family!"
