"The pizza is good. Nothing spectacular. We order from here because the overall restaurant scene in Westfield is absolute garbage. And they are nice people here. But incompetance is a business killer. We may only order every 3-4 months but we have for over 3 years. The last 3 times I asked for pizza cut into pie slices and not squares. All 3 times got squares. Yesterday I really stressed it when I ordered on the phone. Which makes me think they did it on purpose. You know.. just being Massholes. I don't understand how something so simple, an easy request that requires no extra effort can be so hard to fulfill. In this day and age.. rising food cost, lower quality, less people eating out.. you cannot afford to lose a repeat customer. But you did. And it's over sheer stupidity and/or incompetance. Now the hunt is on for a new place in West Springfield or Agawam."

"I have always loved Pasquale’s and like to order from them when I visit family in Westfield but after I heard about their kindness by helping out the soup kitchen this past Sunday when their ovens failed I’ll be sure to remember them when ordering"

"We are from New Haven Connecticut the pizza meca. But whenever we are in Westfield we stop at Pasquales. Good sauce, good crust equal a good pizza or calzone."

"So we first had a hard time finding it because the area is very chaotic. We finally got there and no cars in the parking lot which was strange because they we're open. Go to the door and it says open only for pick up and delivery. So we were very unhappy after trying to find it. Says online dine in but there isnt any dine in. So now we have to find another place to eat. Talk about inconvenient. They could've updated the info online and saved us the aggravation."

"Ordered delivery 1/13. A pizza, tortellini dinner and a lasagna/manicotti dinner. The pizza was the only edible item. The meals are clearly frozen and not fresh, and each was drowning in watery sauce, with little to no flavor and lukewarm. We've ordered here a hundred times and will never again."
