"Don’t get me wrong, I love hot table and was so excited to have one in Westfield. I wish I could rate it 5 stars because it’s so totally worth it. But for whatever reason the Westfield Hot Table is always putting jalapeños on the Italian cold cut instead of banana peppers. It’s become a game at this point, despite always ordering the panini exactly how it comes. And today, I had stems in the sandwich. I think the employees need some clarification, and maybe don’t give customers something they wouldn’t want to eat themselves? I doubt they’d eat pepper stems lol"

"I have eaten here maybe a dozen times and I am always very happy with the food and service. The employees are especially good. They are always kind, and give happy vibes which makes the experience that much better. I have enjoyed the sandwiches, salads, and soups. The salads are especially good compared to similar restaurants like Panera. I recommend the black and blue sandwich."

"I love the hot table! Having celiac and being gluten free, eating at restaurants can be a risk. But I know that every time I visit the Westfield hot table I am ensured I have a safe meal. Once I order gluten free bread and say that it is an allergen the employees automatically change out their gloves, wash their hands and disinfectant the area. May I also add that they do it with a smile on their face and I never feel judged. This may seem like a small tasks to do, but many other places I do not receive the same response as I do at the hot table. The customer service is awesome and my panini is always amazing!!"

"Delicious Cheesesteak Panini, very crispy toasted fresh bread, lots of cheese and sweet caramalized onions and peppers. Mac and Cheese was not good at all though, very mushy, dry and had little flavor. $5 for a small cup. Food is pricey but the sandwich was worth every penny. I will definitely go back, but I'll try the soup next time."
