"I walked into my the Domino's in Westfield MA to speak with the manager about problems with my order. The manager Chris had previously spoken to my partner about the order and had hung up on her. As soon as I mentioned my order he started acting in a very unprofessional manner cursing and using disparaging language. I started recording his behavior to record what transpired. When he said I did not have permission to record him I stopped. His behavior only got worse. He started threatening me trying to intimidate me into deleting the video. While still talking to talk to him calmly he took off his apron and came around the counter. He then grabbed me by the arms and pulled me backwards trying to remove me from the store. After releasing my arms he continued to threaten and insult me trying to insight a fight. This is appalling behavior coming from a member of your team, let alone a manager,towards a customer."
