"Ordered delivery, im in a hotel on business trip. They delivered right to the room. They were very friendly on the phone and answered all my questions, and explained the items I inquired about. The food was the perfect temperature upon delivered and tasted excellent. Fresh crisp salad, delicious spaghetti, and meatballs, just the right heat Buffalo tenders. If I was a local I'd be a regular."

"Never had a problem with them until today, ordered pasta and boneless wings, pasta was okay but mediocre, however the boneless wings were soggy and rubbery, to the point where the breading was already coming off before even picking one up. Mind you they weren’t ready when picked up so they were “fresh” and were opened not even 5 minutes later.. Called back to see what could be done possibly get refunded since they were basically un edible and was told they don’t do refunds but could go back and have some remade.. only to be told they wouldn’t give new wings unless they could see the old ones, which wasn’t mentioned on the phone. So basically drive all the way back, grab the wings go there for the 3rd time to prove they were gross like anyone would go through this much trouble to get free wings. Didn’t bother going back just to waste more time, and argue over unedible wings. Obviously won’t be going back not like they care but if you read this I suggest taking your business elsewhere."

"Alessio’s is a must try pizza shop if you are in Westfield. When my mom and I first moved here, it was the first pizza place we tried and we loved the sounds of so many of their gourmet pizzas, we would check the ones that we tried off on our takeout menu and would try a new one every time we ordered. Never disappointed. This week, I ordered a Caesar salad with chicken and they are so thoughtful, they even put the chicken on the side so the lettuce doesn’t get warm. Quality shaved parmesan and delicious dressing to go with it. The onion rings are phenomenal. I only wish I ordered the large instead of the small order! Today, I got the appetizer sampler order and OMG that is WAY more food than I expected! It came in a full 13x9 foil tray!! The people that work there are so kind when you go in and the delivery drivers are so polite, I look forward to seeing them. I can not say enough good things about this amazing place. Have ordered from them for years and look forward to ordering for years more! The photos don’t do it justice simply because the lighting in my kitchen is terrible."
