"Found product I was looking for, but not the size listed on website. I looked for some help, nobody around. Went to where you pay, cashier rang up the sale and said I needed to go to gray storage area; found that. Did not know I had to drive car to area. Got car, drove to area, showed receipt, wished I had a bigger vehicle... stuffed item in trunk and drove away. Item was a bale of hay to put on top of grass seed in bare areas of my yard. This was the first time going to this store. I'm sure now that I am familiar with Smithland, next time will be easier."
