"Staff was very helpful, they answer all my question very clear, they explain everything well. They were super nice and friendly, treated my pet with care and love."
"This is where I will definitely be taking my fur baby to get her vaccinations, every time. Eventho she goes to a pretty good vet, the prices and schedule can NOT beat petco. In and out, no fuss, and I can still afford to put gas and buy cat food after. Win win!!!"
"Very friendly and super knowledgeable. Took my dog for her shots."
"Requested the New Puppy package when scheduling, when I checked in and when I met with the "Vet". I asked if they reviewed the records of what the puppy had already had and what he needed the said yes. They said I would be getting everything I asked for except rabies because he was too young. He received one shot and I questioned asking about the other shots. I was told everything is in 1 shot, chime back in 2 weeks for a booster and rabies. Within 2 weeks my puppy was infested with worms. I requested he was dewormed as it was part of the package I requested so I was confused. I called Vetco and was told I could not speak with ANYONE look at my records online. I was given the run around by the store and customer service. I took my puppy someplace else to review the records to find out he was not given the shots I requested and he needed and then telling me to come back in 2 weeks for his booster and rabies was too soon and unsafe. I again called Vetco to make a complaint and again no one cared. I made a complaint verbally and in writing and I received a email from corporate that did not even address my concerns."
"This was my first time using the Vetco service and it was wonderful. The website was very easy to use to set up my appointment, the reminders were helpful and all the employees i met at the store were helpful and the vet and tech were very good and treated my dog well."
