"My puppy Ruckus got neutered back in January and had to wear a cone for 2 weeks. Today we took him to get groomed at the Downtown dog.. We go here normally as well.. Today she went above and beyond. Ruckus is 10 pound shitzu who thinks hes a 1000 pound lion.. He was super matted because of wearing a cone.. The owner went above and beyond and make ruckus look extra amazing. Cant even tell he was matted. Even though he had to be shaved in a certain spot it all blends in well. Thank you so much again!!!! I feel at ease dropping him off. Its quiet relaxing and she understands. And gets the job done. Ruckus my husband and i love downtown dog.!"
