"I don't see how this store is still open staff is rude when you ask them a question can never pick my meds up whenever I go there pharmacy is always closed place has a weird smell in it when you walk in I'm definitely gonna take my business somewhere else an will tell friends an family not to go there this Walgreens needs to close"

"Terrible customer service and manager straight up lied about my visa gift card which is missing 4 numbers. So I called visa which had no luck because they need the card number. Well guess what? Same manager who sold me the broke card told me when I called about it that I could return it to the store. When I got there the old lady at the register said I couldn’t. So I asked for the manager which of course was the girl who sold it. She refused to help was very rude and then took my receipt into some back room and came back and said she got through on the same number but they will just replace the card in a day or two. Well guess what? She lied again! There was no option for this and when the finally got through to customer service at visa and told them of the situation, I now must take pictures of my receipt, the card, my id, and other packaging of the visa gift card and they will need to be both sides and faxed or emailed to some random email and ALSO it will take 30-60 business day. Yea, shout out to the worst manager of the year @ Grace. P.S. I am escalating this to cooperate to file complaints against the two employees who were rude and lied both on the phone and in person."

"Worst run pharmacy I've ever used. Stay away! Pharmacy hours are only 10-6 M-F, no weekends. Oh and they're closed for lunch. Hours are wrong on Google. Manager had attitude and claims he can't get them updated. I literally feel like I'm never going to use Walgreens again after this experience. Horrible."

"This pharmacy is understaffed and service is terrible. Long waits. Drive through isn’t currently working (no bell by car or hand- have to knock on glass) and lines can be long going inside. However, the pharmacist is very pleasant as is some staff, just undermanned. As of this review, Thursday Dec 9, 2021, the pharmacy is unexpectedly closed!? Also, there are no more weekend hours!!! Who ever heard of a major chain without weekend hours?!!!! I changed pharmacies after 8 years of seeing them. Oh, and you’ll beat your head against the wall with the length of time it takes to get through by phone."

"I had read the reviews on this Walgreens, located on Danbury Rd, in New Milford, CT. and decided to give them a chance, I was wrong. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this pharmacy to anyone who is looking for a good experience. The pharmacists are polite on the phone however, they are deceitful and untrustworthy. They do not return phone calls as promised, when claiming to leave notes about the side effects on my profile (this happened on 3 separate conversations), nothing was documented. When I called again to say they filled the wrong medication which, we paid for, apologies were given but, it continued to happen for 3 months. They first blamed my Physician, I had my Physician write the script with the specific medication needed, per their request, then after being told they can order it, never did and finally they stated, they couldn’t get the specific medication that I needed however, still filling the wrong medication and never mentioned anything upon pick up. I ended up paying for 2 wrong medications before finally getting upset and and explaining my dissatisfaction, before my husband picked up the 3rd time (that was incorrectly filled as well). I trusted them and they betrayed that trust. They were deceitful and misleading. It’s sad to see that this company thinks so little of their customers that they can be so heartless and deceitful to their needs and taking their money for prescriptions that are useless, without a second thought. I will be writing a review and filing a complaint with the BBB on Walgreens business practices."
