To ensure that our clients have access to veterinary advice at all times, we have partnered with VetChat for after-hours pet care needs. VetChat's team of New Zealand Vet Council registered vets, with a minimum of 5 years of experience, are passionate about improving pet health outcomes. If your pet requires emergency critical care outside of our clinic hours, VetChat will alert our local clinic team, who are available on standby.

Please note that after-hours support costs are paid directly to VetChat and charged in New Zealandn dollars. We want to ensure that you have peace of mind knowing that your pet's health is always a priority, even when our clinic doors are closed.
