Additionally, our therapist holds a Cert. of Advanced Clinical Practice and is a member of the New Zealand Association of Psychotherapists (MNZAP).

Having been born and raised in Otago, our therapist has a deep understanding of the local community and the issues that affect its residents. With a strong background in politics and social justice, our therapist is passionate about addressing these issues both personally and professionally.

With over ten years of experience in the field, our therapist has honed their skills in working at depth, delving into the core of one's difficulties. However, they also value shorter-term, more focused therapy when appropriate. They specialize in various areas, including depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, eating disorders, and addictions. Moreover, they have extensive experience in working with individuals who have experienced sexual trauma, both in adulthood and during childhood.

At Psychotherapy Otago Directory, we are committed to providing a safe and inclusive environment for all clients. Our therapist has a particular interest in working bi-culturally and has studied Te Reo Māori to better serve the diverse community.

We understand that finding the right therapist is crucial, which is why we offer appointments from Tuesday to Friday, between 10 am and 6 pm. We are currently accepting new clients, and each session lasts for 50 minutes. Our standard fee is $103.50 ($90 gst) per session, and we are registered for ACC approved therapy.
