"Very upsetting to pick up my dog after 6 nights to find her large (Vinyl covered) bed completely saturated through *in urine*. Horrible to think she had to sleep on that. She's a 6yr old lab who is happy, healthy and loves the kennels. She was obviously not let out much. I hope the owner sees this and ensures staffing is adequate in future, as it sounds like that could have been part of the issue over xmas."
