At Parapro, we offer a range of courses and services to suit all skill levels. Our training facility provides Paragliding and Paramotoring Courses, Instructional training Tandem Flights, XC courses, Flying Tours, and Equipment Sales. With many flying sites right on our doorstep, Christchurch is the perfect location to learn and practice these exhilarating sports.
If you're new to free flight, we recommend starting with an Instructional Paragliding Tandem Flight. Fly with one of our experienced instructors, who has 30 years of teaching experience, and learn the basics of paragliding while enjoying the thrill of flight. For those looking to fly solo, our One Day Intro course is a great option.
Once you've caught the flying bug, you can progress to our PG1 and PG2 paragliding courses. These courses will take you to the next level of skill and enjoyment in the world of paragliding.
If you're looking for an adrenaline rush, we also offer speedriding and speedflying courses. Speedriding combines skiing and paragliding, while speedflying involves foot launching a mini wing for fast descents and flying in strong winds. Some experience in paragliding is recommended before attempting these courses.
For those interested in powered flight, our Paramotor courses are the perfect choice. Paramotoring is the cheapest, most convenient, and safest form of powered aircraft in the world. Imagine taking off from a beach and exploring remote coastlines for up to 3-4 hours. With consumption as low as 3-4 liters per hour, it's an economical way to experience the thrill of flight.
