"Friendly staff and a fun atmosphere. The penguin feeding was a delight to watch. Our daughter loved to see the Huskies up close and really enjoyed being around their trainer, he was the highlight for her. Very informative about the Huskies and kept everyone safe, we learned a lot from him regarding safety around dogs in general. Definitely stop at the gift store at the end, there are some great soft animals for the little ones."
"This is right next to the airport and has luggage storage, so it was a perfect getaway to avoid just waiting in the airport all afternoon! There are a lot of penguins, and they are all so cute. We did the VIP backstage tour, which was super cool, and I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to learn more about penguin conservation efforts in NZ, or to anyone who just wants to see a cute little penguin up close and personal.
