I'd been on a bit of a wild goose chase trying to find the adapter I needed and had come from another electronics store where the assistant seemed bored and disinterested, so it was great to find a rep who was so helpful. "We reached the store at 1725 hrs on 12/4/23 to pick up our new Chromebook with kids in the car. The team were least bothered and refused to handover the delivery. The payment was made in full on 9/4/23. Staff had zero communication skills and communicated using hand gesures from inside the store. Appalled by the customer service!"
