Stephanie, our experienced instructor, has personally explored and achieved Plensory Movement through various modalities. Nia, a dance-based fitness program that incorporates nine different movement forms, has taught her to move her body's way. Centergy, a fusion of yoga and Pilates set to uplifting music, focuses on full-body strength, joint mobility, and flexibility. Yoga, with its blend of asana, pranayama, relaxation, and meditation, leaves Stephanie feeling stronger, centered, balanced, and focused.
