Welcome to the Christchurch School of Music (CSM), one of New Zealand's greatest musical treasures! Located at 60 Ferry Road in Christchurch, CSM has been a place where tens of thousands of children and adults have learned to love and appreciate music. Exciting news! CSM has been chosen by the Christchurch City Council to build in the Performing Arts precinct, marking the first step towards having our own building after 67 years of a nomadic existence. To make this dream a reality, we will be launching a public fundraising campaign in the coming months. We are also saddened by the passing of Rosemary Stott, a wonderful musician, teacher, and mentor. We are grateful that Rosemary has chosen CSM to receive donations in her honor, and we will continue to honor her legacy through our commitment to musical education.
