Roll One Jiu Jitsu is a CheckMat affiliate Brazilian Jiu Jitsu gym, led by the experienced and highly skilled 1st Degree Black Belt Greg Watson. With his expertise and passion for the sport, Greg ensures that our academy provides top-notch training and guidance to all our members.

At Roll One, we cater to individuals of all ages and skill levels. Whether you are an early riser, prefer evening workouts, or can only make it to the gym on weekends, we have classes that suit your schedule. Our doors are open six days a week, allowing you to find a time that works best for you.

For the younger members of our community, we have a dedicated Kid's program that runs three days a week. In a fun and safe environment, we encourage learning and personal growth for children aged 6 to 14. These classes take place on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, providing a fantastic opportunity for kids to develop their skills while having a great time. We invite you to bring your child in for a free trial session!

To ensure a smooth experience for all our members, we kindly request that payment is made before attending any booked classes. Additionally, we appreciate advanced notice if you are unable to make your scheduled training session, allowing us to accommodate other members.
