"Prices are too high, item quality is low. Have been in and seen the same stock for weeks just sit unsold."
"Very well laid out Plenty of excellent stuff Very well priced"
"in my top 3 worst op shops i have ever been to. everything is overpriced, yes i get it money goes to the animals but still they sell clothes from the warehouse at a more expensive price than what it is brand new?? shoes with dirt. dogey stains on a lot of stuff. literally y2k gross grandma dresses for 15$. no thanks. and do not recommend!"
"I love coming here. All the staff is so lovely, always great quality clothing and other items. They have very competitive prices, I always buy there first before checking other Op Shops. My dog always gets a treat and is allowed inside as long as on a lead."
"Staff is lovely but very disappointed after I went in to try on a dog backpack and it was communicated that they would let the trade me auction run out before calling me and arrange a price and pick up date. Backpack remained unsold so I called them up again and we agreed on a price and pick up but she said she would rather do it over trade me than me coming in and just buying it in store but I could collect and pay in store regardless. As she was on the phone with me something must have gotten mixed up as I didn’t receive a fixed price offer to accept but someone else suddenly did. A little upset as it was decided now that they will not clear up the confusion and just give the other person the item. Feel like I did everything they asked me to do and I followed their instructions to now be left without the backpack that was agreed on to be sold to me. I think it could have been handled a little better"
