At APM Physiotherapy, we understand that your life is busy and that you don't want to be put on hold. That's why our friendly and experienced staff offer a wide range of services to support your recovery from injury and pain, allowing you to continue doing the things you love.

One of the great things about APM Physiotherapy is that you don't need a referral to book an appointment. Whether you're experiencing an ACC-covered injury or general pain and discomfort, you can find the support you need at our clinic.

ACC covered injuries are subsidised, meaning you'll only need to pay a surcharge while we take care of lodging the claim for you. For non-ACC injuries, the full treatment cost must be paid. Our knowledgeable physiotherapists can determine if your injury is covered by ACC and assist with the necessary claims process.

When you make an appointment with APM, you'll be matched with a highly skilled physiotherapist who will assess your injury and discuss your treatment options. We believe in providing personalized care and will work with you to find the best treatment or combination of treatments to help you achieve your health goals.

Our therapists pride themselves on clinical excellence, ensuring that you receive quality, evidence-based care during your sessions. As part of your treatment and recovery, your physiotherapist will provide you with ways to manage your pain and discomfort, as well as educate you on preventing and managing any ongoing symptoms.

It's important to note that some of our physiotherapists have additional expertise in specific areas such as pelvic health or disordered breathing. If you require treatment for these issues, please get in touch for more information on what's available in your region.

Your first appointment with us will be an initial consultation to gather as much information as possible about your pain, injury, and physiotherapy needs. Appointments typically last up to 30 minutes, so we recommend arriving 10 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork.

Follow-up appointments also take up to 30 minutes, and our therapists will discuss with you whether further sessions are required.

Physiotherapy is a proven and effective way to treat and prevent pain and injuries. Whether you're dealing with sports-related aches, discomfort from lifting heavy objects, or pain from repetitive movements, our trained team can provide you with the support you need using techniques tailored to your goals and lifestyle.

If you have multiple injuries, be sure to inform your physiotherapist at the start of your first session so that an appropriate treatment plan can be determined. We recommend wearing comfortable, loose clothing that allows access to the site of your injury and doesn't restrict movement.

Our pricing is $75 for injuries not covered by ACC and $30 for injuries covered by ACC. In-person appointments can be paid for via EFTPOS, and we accept all major credit cards, including American Express. For online appointments, you'll receive an invoice following your session, which can be paid online or through bank transfer.

To ensure the safety of our staff and clients, we encourage you to come to your appointments alone. However, if you would like to bring a support person, please let us know in advance.
