In light of the current COVID-19 outbreak, we have implemented strict safety measures to protect both our patients and staff. Face coverings must be worn within our facilities, unless a valid exemption is held, and social distancing protocols must be maintained. We kindly request that you attend your appointment alone, if possible, to minimize the risk of exposure. However, if a support person is necessary, we allow a maximum of one person, including children, who must be well and wear a mask.

To ensure the utmost safety, individuals showing any symptoms of COVID-19 will not be permitted to enter our building. If you have recently undergone a COVID test and are awaiting results, please contact us immediately so we can make the necessary arrangements for your appointment.

We also require all contractors entering our facilities to be fully vaccinated, wear face coverings, and scan in using the COVID Tracer App. Please have your vaccine pass ready for verification upon arrival.
