Reviews
"I would never use this cattery again. I was disgusted at the state of it. I visited it 3 times in space of 24 hours, and each time it was filthy. It was dirty, unkept and stunk of urine. When i unexpectedly arrived early on my 3rd visit, as i was concerned about my cat. They were about to leave and had not even bothered to clean the cage. It was soiled and saturated with urine. I was very underwhelmed by the young woman who oversees it. She appears not to have the knowledge, integrity, or heart to be working in such a place. Left gutted that such a place is allowed to continue."
"Excellent facilities and wonderful staff. I always feel relaxed when I leave my little friend here"
"The team are fabulous and it's lovely that they care so much. I never have any concerns leaving Pernod there and fully trust the team to keep her safe."
"Amazing place. Looked after my cat every Christmas and holiday for years upon years. My cat would walk straight in and not look back once he arrived at Cats on Cranford. He was so comfortable there and the staff are so loving. I would never suggest any other place. The convenience of the vet next door is amazing too, as they were able to vaccinate him and properly care for him in his old age whenever he was staying at Cats on Cranford."
"While the staff are friendly and they were able to accommodate a xmas booking with only a few months notice, the level of care or lack there of was obvious when it came time to pick the cat and bring her home. Basic instructions on feeding and care were ignored completely. Only half the amount of food provided was given for the 2 week period and we have never seen the level of stress, anxiety and weight loss with any other cattery she has been to over the years. Do not think the cat was intentionally mistreated and the facilities are clean and fairly standard however do not think the level of care or attention is at the level most pet owners would expect and hope more attention is paid in the future however we will not be taking that chance."
