"I recently purchased a beautiful desk (recycled wood). Service at the Christchurch store (Blenheim Rd) was very friendly and helpful. Delivery requirements were not met (No fault of Urbano) which caused considerable distress due to my personal medical issues. A phone call to Urbano had an immediate response and a staff member coming to our home and putting the desk together for us. This was above and beyond expectation and turned stress into the happiness expected from the arrival of a really nice desk.
