"I don't think it's on that the warehouse stationary charges to set up phones especially when this one is inside a warehouse store. All this used to be done for free. As a result I'll never buy any technical stuff from this crowd and am going to go with another supplier for my next mobile phone. These things aren't easy to set up for someone like me who isn't technically minded. If it wasn't for this I'd be writing a five star review for this store as everything else is worth getting as they have a great range. Where have the good old days gone where people didn't charge to help?"
