"Every time I go there, I get disappointed from the lady who’s at the till most of time. She clearly doesn’t know what good customer service is and always rude. Once she charged me same item twice, other time she just tried not to understand what customer needed. Always just standing there with no smile, no welcoming, and no respect at all. That’s really shame, cause other staff whom I have talked with are amazing and super helpful. Perhaps a till lady does only just handling money. I wish they considered changing staff position, or my closest branch to work was not there."
