To access our services, you will need a referral from your GP, healthcare professional, or following discharge from the hospital.

To ensure that we can provide the best care possible, appointments are required for clinic visits. However, if necessary, we can arrange a home visit with one of our dedicated district nurses. It's important to note that our services are publicly funded and therefore free of charge, subject to eligibility criteria.

Our district nurses specialize in various areas, including wound care, ulcer treatment, continence management, oncology care, oxygen management, ostomy management, ACC nursing services, and Hospital in the Home IV therapy service.
