The name "Plensory" comes from the combination of two words: pleasure and sensory. At Plensory Movement, we believe in moving our bodies in ways that bring us joy and engage our senses. It's about achieving the healthy body you desire by understanding and connecting with your body on a deeper level, rather than just going through the motions to meet fitness goals.

We offer a variety of pleasurable and sensory-based modalities that cater to individual body sensations. What feels pleasurable to one person may not feel the same to another, and what invokes sensations today may not do so tomorrow. By cultivating body awareness and tuning into our body sensations, we learn to gravitate towards movements that not only feel good physically, but also mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

Stephanie, the founder of Plensory Movement, has personally experienced the benefits of this approach through various modalities. Nia, a dance-based fitness program that incorporates nine different movement forms, has taught Stephanie to move her body in its own unique way. Centergy, a fusion of yoga and Pilates set to uplifting music, focuses on strength, joint mobility, and flexibility. Yoga, with its emphasis on asana, pranayama, relaxation, and meditation, leaves Stephanie feeling stronger, centered, balanced, and focused.
