Clevedon Kindergarten

Welcome to Clevedon Kindergarten, a beloved institution located at 14 Monument Road in New Zealand. As part of the Counties Manukau Kindergarten Association (CMKA), we have been providing high-quality early learning and care services since 1952. As a not-for-profit organization, our primary goal is to inspire tamariki (children) to develop a lifelong passion for learning in a holistic environment.

At Clevedon Kindergarten, our dedicated team is committed to creating an engaging atmosphere where children can explore, investigate, and learn through play. We strive to foster a sense of belonging, responsibility, curiosity, resilience, and kindness among our tamariki. Through authentic experiences, we encourage them to develop respect for one another, our environment, and the world we live in.

We highly value and acknowledge each tamati (child) for their unique skills, interests, and cultural heritage. Working together as a team, we empower tamariki to become kaitiaki (guardians) of their surroundings. Through whananugatanga (relationships) and manaakitanga (caring for others), we aim to embrace and celebrate the diversities within Aotearoa.

At Clevedon Kindergarten, we consider it a privilege to collaborate with tamariki and their whanau (families) to make a positive difference in their lives. We strive to support them as confident and competent learners, preparing them for the challenges of both life and their future education.

Counties Manukau Kindergarten Association has been providing quality educational experiences and environments for children since 1952. Our association consists of 22 kindergartens and 6 Early Learning Childcare and Education (ELCM) centers, all 100% kiwi owned and operated. As a not-for-profit organization, our focus remains on delivering exceptional educational services to our communities.
