One of our featured accommodations is the Avignon apartment, a modern and open plan ground floor apartment with breathtaking views of the vineyards and countryside across Anzac Bay. This self-catering apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests and can be configured with one or two bedrooms depending on your party size. The apartment is thoughtfully decorated in a relaxed modern style and features a private terrace with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying summer dining or a pre-dinner drink.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, and sink. The living area is equipped with a heat pump, comfortable seating, a wall-mounted flat-screen HD TV with satellite channels, and a DVD player. Guests can also enjoy iPod docking, as well as a selection of books, games, and puzzles. The dining area includes a table and chairs, and a high chair can be provided upon request. The master bedroom can be arranged with either a king bed or two singles, while the second bedroom offers a cozy double bed. Both bedrooms have their own en-suites, making Avignon ideal for couples and families. Additional bedding is available with a full-size sofa bed in the lounge. The apartment is conveniently located next to the pool and spa deck, with direct access to the large sloping lawn and gardens from the rear terrace. Parking for one car is available directly outside the apartment.

For those seeking a hidden gem with panoramic sea and vineyard views, we offer the Guest Room, a stunning large bedroom with a queen bed and seating area. This private room features its own spacious en-suite, heat pump, and flat-screen TV, providing the perfect space to rest and relax. The Guest Room can only be booked in conjunction with the Bordeaux Studio, as it is accessed through an interconnecting door.

The Bordeaux Studio is a delightful first-floor studio that offers stunning views of the vineyards and countryside across Anzac Bay. This comfortable studio can accommodate 2-3 people and provides basic self-catering facilities. For larger groups or special occasions, the "Guest Room" can accommodate an additional two people. The pitched ceilings give a light and airy feel to the tastefully decorated studio, which remains cool in summer and warm in winter thanks to the installed heat pump. Guests can enjoy the scenery without leaving their chair from the comfort of the room. The small kitchenette is equipped with a table and chairs, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, crockery, and tea and coffee facilities. The living area features a sofa bed and a flat-screen HD TV with satellite channels. DVD player, DVDs, books, games, and puzzles are available for guests to enjoy. The king bed can be converted into two singles upon request, and a large en-suite with a shower completes the accommodation. The Bordeaux Studio is located above the Avignon apartment, accessible via external stairs. Guests have easy access to the pool and spa deck, as well as the gardens. A parking space for one car is provided directly outside the studio.

Our Chablis self-catering studio is a small and cozy accommodation tucked away to the side of the house, accessible via a private gated drive. This ground floor studio is ideal for those on a budget and offers everything you need to make the most of your time on Waiheke. The well-equipped kitchenette includes a full-size fridge freezer, sink, and portable oven and stovetop. The living area features a futon sofa, wall-mounted flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a table and chairs. A queen-sized bed fits neatly into the alcove, with access to the en-suite that has steps up into the shower.
