"We had this accomodation booked, and were all packed and about to head to the ferry when I got a text from them saying that they could not fulfill our booking, on the day, 4 hours before we were meant to arrive. They apologized and said "it is not our fault", and I understand that the booking systems can make mistakes but they have had time to realize this mistake, and to not take any accountability for that is bad service."
"We just loved this place! Gorgeous large clean room, private bathroom, well stocked kitchen. Spa was amaaaazing - We spent hours in it, overlooking the bush and later, under the stars. A very unique, interesting place to stay & well worth a visit. We'll definitely be back again one day :)"
"We loved staying here! Grant and Natalie were wonderful hosts who went out of their way to make sure that we had an amazing stay. They were very gracious in giving us a lift to and from the ferry. Each morning we awoke to freshly made muesli that they left out for us. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was really artistic and interesting. The outdoor hot tub was amazing! Oh yea, and you get to feed the alpacas in the morning if you fancy! We give it our highest recommendation, especially if you want to try out something different from the usual cookie cutter hotel."
