"The place was dirty - no customer service staff there- plus the room looks vomitted out"
"Friendly stuff however rundown not because of the owner or staff but because of the people who live there, they leave trolleys at the top of the drive, threw old uncooked mince in the Bush thinking it was hidden which you could smell it, rubbish and a not working microwave placed in a pile where lunlic can see in one spot on top of driveway, I know its not the places fault its yhe people who live there. However, its the owners job to clean the outside to look presentable."
"I've recently been placed in the family unit , there seems to be molded on the carpets aswell as the bathroom . Our toilet facility kept'ed blocking up due to poor plumbing . Apart from that friendly stuff , there was a lack of privacy for myself the first few nights ."
