Provincial Education Group
About the Business
Welcome to Provincial Education Group, located at 18 Florence Avenue, Orewa, New Zealand. As an establishment and point of interest, we are dedicated to providing a nurturing and inclusive learning environment for every child and family that becomes part of our whānau.
At Provincial Education Group, we uphold the principles of respect, care, warmth, trust, and aroha (manaakitanga) as the foundation of our teaching excellence. We prioritize the development of strong, meaningful, and authentic relationships (whanaungatanga) with children, their families, and the wider whānau community.
We deeply value and honor the uniqueness of each center community, their tamariki (children), and their families. Together, we are committed to the future generations of New Zealandns, firmly believing that every child matters.
What sets Busy Bees Aotearoa apart is our unique combination of the strength, stability, and knowledge of a respected and established international organization, alongside our close connections to our center communities and local places. By staying true to our values and maintaining the highest standards, we strive to deliver world-class outcomes for our teams and tamariki.
Our global success as Busy Bees supports our ambition to be the best early learning provider in New Zealand. We cherish and respect the identity and uniqueness of each center, while also recognizing the paramount importance of our connection to the land of Aotearoa.
At Provincial Education Group, people are at the heart of everything we do. We aspire to be positive, work collaboratively, and empower others to reach their full potential in every moment. We understand that children learn and develop best in a caring and supportive environment that responds to their individual needs, allowing them to play and explore at each unique age and stage.
Our indoor and outdoor environments are thoughtfully designed to create spaces for learning that are both welcoming and interesting for all children. We tailor nurturing care and learning activities to each age group, promoting positive well-being, stability, and actively supporting children's development at each stage.
In our nurseries, children are enveloped in warm, cozy, and safe places where they are nurtured and cared for by our dedicated Kaiako (teachers). We recognize the rapid rate at which children develop at this early age, and our Kaiako provide responsive care routines to ensure their safety and well-being.
For toddlers, our spaces are designed to balance their desire for independence with the need for nurturing and care. Kaiako support this age group in exploring their sense of self, while also working closely with families to encourage toileting skills and emerging social skills and independence.
As tamariki approach the transition to school, our resources reflect their growing awareness. While reading and writing materials are available for exploration, our curriculum is emergent and discovery-based. Kaiako support tamariki in developing social and emotional competence, encouraging them to care for others, the environment, and their own property. We also provide loose parts to promote imagination, problem-solving, and a thirst for future learning.
We believe that good people are what make our organization thrive. Each team member at Provincial Education Group plays a vital role in the development of the children in our care, and we strive to bring out their best by providing them with the necessary support and tools for success.
The first five years of a child's life are incredibly significant and influential. Whether your child has been with you for months or years, we understand the importance of this early stage of their development. At Provincial Education Group, we are here to support and guide your child as they embark on their educational journey.
Outdoor play is a crucial part of a child's development and education, and we encourage and provide opportunities for children to engage in outdoor activities. It promotes physical health, social interaction, and a deeper connection with the natural world.
We invite you to be part of our whānau at Provincial Education Group. Together, let's create a nurturing, inclusive, and enriching environment where every child can thrive and reach their full potential. Join us on this exciting educational journey and discover the difference we can make in your child's life.
