Creative Action Fitness

Welcome to Creative Action Fitness, located in Auckland, New Zealand. My name is Ange, and I am a personal trainer, nutrition coach, and yoga instructor. At Creative Action Fitness, we believe that achieving a healthier lifestyle goes beyond just dieting and workouts. It involves a combination of fun exercise, nourishing food, and taking the time to look after yourself.

As a qualified prenatal and postnatal yoga teacher and a mother of two myself, I have a deep understanding of training women who are pregnant or getting back into exercise after having a baby. I am particularly passionate about helping mothers rediscover their health and fitness with a safer and kinder approach.

Located in New Lynn, West Auckland, I have been working in the fitness industry for over ten years. I have learned that while fast fixes and fad diets may seem glamorous, it is the simple yet effective healthy habit changes that lead to fantastic and lasting results.

One of our offerings is Grace, Grit & Gratitude, an online gym that provides workouts, yoga sessions, guided meditations, and articles. We also offer fixed-term programs, a private VIP support group, and online coaching.
