Welcome to Remuera Private Kindergarten, located at 28 Seascape Road in Auckland, New Zealand. As a member of the New Zealand Kindergartens Te Pūtahi Kura Puhou o Aotearoa, we are committed to providing the highest quality early childhood education to our students.

New Zealand Kindergartens has been an integral part of society for many years, and our institution is dedicated to upholding the trust that New Zealanders have in our brand. We believe that this trust is essential to ensuring the ongoing viability and quality of early childhood education in our country.

At Remuera Private Kindergarten, we understand the importance of qualified teachers in providing a superior education for young children. That is why our teaching staff is 100% qualified, registered teachers who adhere to the same legislation and code of practice as teachers in schools. We believe that ongoing professional development is crucial in maintaining the highest standards in early childhood education.

As a not-for-profit incorporated society and registered charity, we are governed by a board composed of elected and appointed members. We are proud to demonstrate best practice governance through the adoption of the New Zealand Institute of Directors' Four Pillars methodology. We are also a member-led organization, representing 14 local Kindergarten Associations, each governed by a board of elected and appointed members.

In addition to working closely with our member Associations, we collaborate with Early Childhood Leadership (ECL) and other Early Childhood Education Peak Bodies to advance mutually beneficial agendas. This collaborative approach allows us to stay at the forefront of industry trends and developments, ensuring that our students receive the best education possible.

Our kindergarten operates during specific periods throughout the year. From late January (please check with your local association) to Thursday 14 April, and from Monday 17 October to late December (please check with your local association).
