The Warehouse - Auckland Airport

"All the five star reviews this store has got is because of one awesome checkout person - Richard but other staffs? Irene - a very Rude checkout staff member of this theWarehouse, no courtesy or customer service.. Racist approach. The staff Irene who was in the check out counter around 2 pm on 14.07.23, an Island family was before me who went to check out, Irene (islander) greeted and smiled etc to the family, once they were done.. we approached to the check with the items and said Hello to her, she didn’t reply, didn’t even acknowledge. She scanned the items and dumped it on the side and looked else where.. I did the payWave, normally even in the smallest store the service person ask the customer if “you want the receipt” she didn’t even ask that and didn’t provide any receipt just turned her face around. Her body language, face expressions and customer service made us feel that we should never come to this store ever again! Absolutely disgusting and these sort of staff shouldn’t be facing the customers who doesn’t even know what customer is or who intentionally does racist profiling and provide bias service!"

"I paid for laminating and photocopying to Andrea at Warehouse stationery, she packed my photocopies but forgot the laminating. Simple task, that this generation finds so difficult to multitask more then one job. Now, I have to drive all the way back to the store because no one picks up when calling the store. I hope for her sake my photos are still there and she isn’t."
