"First time trying service. After a week of hearing nothing from them I rang and was told I owed shipping fee. They mentioned a text message (which i later found out from them was never sent) passing the delay onto me. Poor service, communication and delay causing me to run out of prescription. Would not reccomend. Response to owner: Just to clarify, no issue with paying fee. I went to your service via my Dr, not via your website (so did not see the fee). In the future please inform your customers why things are delayed instead of waiting a week for them to call you and find out why. As mentioned, i did not get a text message your customer service team said should have been sent. That was the failure."
