"Our dog got kennel cough after coming back from the groomers, they also clipped his private parts too close causing an infection as the tools cut him! When I booked this in originally they told me I had a discount voucher I could use ( part of the reason I chose to have the service). Unfortunately our dog is now quite sick and we’ve had to take him to the vets for his kennel cough ! Not coming back here for a groom and customer service needs an improvement!!!"

"Today, I met Nadine. It was her first day with Animates at Botany. Upon meeting, I announced I'd bought a puppy and needed everything. A retail salesperson's dream! Nadine spent at least an hour with me, sharing her knowledge and own experiences, providing me with reassurance and confidence. It was such a pleasure to be served with such enthusiasm from her and her colleagues who also jumped into assist. "Worst grooming service. My puppy ended up with an infection because of such close shave in their private part. Lucky my vet picked it up when we took our pup for vaccine. The Asian couple at the groomers there weren’t ready to listen to what I wanted but I disregarded it thinking they are professionals and knew better. Never going again."
