We also provide a range of services for cats, including de-matting, nail trimming, bathing, and drying.
Unlike at a vet, we do not drug cats during the grooming process. You can trust us to take care of your feline companion in a safe and lovely environment. Please note that cat grooming is done at 9 am in the morning or 1:30 pm on quiet days.

When you choose Wags Pets, you can expect a full groom that includes two thorough shampoos, ear cleaning, nail trimming, and a trim of the whole body coat according to your requirements. We also offer mini grooms, which include a feet, face, and buttocks trim, as well as a light brush of the coat.
To make your pet's grooming experience even more enjoyable, we provide premium dog treats in flavors like blueberry, apple, and chia seed. Your beloved pet will leave our salon looking and feeling refreshed.
Please note that we do not accept cats and large breeds on Saturdays. Additionally, if your dog is badly matted, there may be a de-matting charge ranging from $5 to $25.

"Not the first time I visit this shop with my Japanese spitz and was acceptable service, all the time paid $90 +$25 de-matting charge for full dog grooming , yesterday I was very upset paid $160 after 4.5 hours the service was not finished and the woman told me to book for one more time and more money. "Our fluffy senior border collie was struggling with heat and humidity, so our vet recommended we take him to get groomed. We are very pleased with the results and so was our dog. He is visibly more comfortable since being groomed at Wags Pets and is sleeping better. His coat feels nicer, is easier to brush and he looks much tidier as you can tell by the before/after photos. The staff were very friendly also. We will definitely be a repeat customer :)"
"Please stay far far away from Wags Pets!!! We took our dog here on the 6th January for a groom and had booked very last minute since other groomers were fully booked during holiday season. We thought it was strange that Wags Pets had so many open bookings. They didnt start on the groom until 20 minutes later while they were finishing another groom. (I thought this is what booking slots were for and wanted to eliminate my dog being put into a crate) When I picked up my dog after the groom I was chatting to Charlene the owner and just as I was leaving she casually mentioned that "they had put some treatment/antiseptic on his leg as the groomer pulled something out 'from the beach'" she said. I noticed there was blood all over the seat in the car and my dogs carpal pad was bleeding quite a lot over the next few hours. After inspecting the injury it is evident that the groomers sliced his carpal pad with their tools and there was absolutely no injury prior to our visit to Wags Pets. I called Charlene quite worried and concerned and she advised us to take the dog to After Hours clinic and she would cover the costs. 2 weeks later and we still have not been paid or communicated with from Charlene. We have been into the store to get an answer/update and have been met with deflectiveness, lies, lack of ownership, complete unprofessionalism and lack of empathy. It appears this has happened to other dogs on numerous occasions at Wags Pets and looking at the reviews im surprised Wags Pets are still operating. We will be taking this matter further as we have no other choice."
