"My girl friend had a pretty traumatic surgery. I ordered flowers late in the afternoon for delivery the next morning. I ordered flowers nearly $200 in value in total. I did not receive any feedback and I had to keep following up and then I had to ask someone else to follow up as to ensure they delivered the flowers. Eventually the flowers were delivered to the home of intended, as they were so late they missed her at the hospital. There was zero service recovery and little to no apology. For a business that is called Flowers After Hours - this is definitely in name only not in spirit. No i would not recommend them especially for anything very important to you."

Next day when I was picking up my flowers, they still doing other people’s order and mine one haven’t start. What’s the point of pre-order????They spend 5 mins to finish my flowers, and hand me the flowers that not even worth the money I paid. To be honest it is the worst flowers that I had in my life. Give me all leafs and little bit of ugly flowers. No idea what those staffs were doing. Never come back again!!!!"
