The Lost Flower Shed

Welcome to The Lost Flower Shed, a boutique florist located in Silverdale, Auckland. Established in 2018 by experienced florist Anna May, we are dedicated to providing the perfect flowers for any occasion. Whether you're looking for a memorable gift for someone special or wanting to add a touch of beauty to your home or office, we have you covered.

At The Lost Flower Shed, we offer same-day local delivery, next-day delivery to Central & South Auckland, and Rural delivery. Simply choose your desired pick-up date and time at checkout. Please note that while we deliver across the Auckland metropolitan area, some rural and outer suburbs may be excluded. To check if we can deliver to your address, simply enter your delivery post code into the provided box.

Curious about the origin of our name? In the 70s, when the buildings at 2083 East Coast Rd were first placed on the property, the shed never arrived. Eventually, it was found, but the name "The Lost Flower Shed" stuck.

Conveniently located just 5 minutes from the Silverdale Pak'nSave, we offer plenty of easy access off-street parking. Look out for our sign on the roadside, ensuring you can easily spot us from any direction. For precise directions, you can click here to get directions from Google Maps.

We strive to provide excellent service to our customers. While we cannot commit to an exact delivery time for all orders, we do our best to accommodate time-specific or urgent orders on a case-by-case basis. If you have such an order, please call our shop on 0800 700 987, and we will be happy to assist you.

For residential addresses, all orders will be delivered before 6:00 pm on your chosen delivery date. Business addresses can expect delivery before 5:00 pm. Please indicate if you are delivering to a business address by including the business name at checkout. However, please note that if you write a delivery time in the "Special Instructions" box without checking with us first, we cannot guarantee that your request will be met.

When it comes to our flower arrangements, it's important to note that unless specified in the product description, the exact flowers and foliage used may differ from what is pictured. However, the coloring, style, and value of the arrangement will match the description. Our themed arrangements, such as the Smeg, Casper, or Camaro bouquets, will have the same specified coloring, style, and value, but the exact flowers and foliage may vary.

For our Florist's Choice products, including Hat Box Posies and most Gift Bundles, the flowers you receive will not be the same as what is pictured. These arrangements are custom made to order and can include any flowers or foliage in any color or style, while still maintaining the same value.

If you're wondering about the difference between a posy and a bouquet, it lies in the shape and construction rather than the size or quantity of flowers. A posy tends to be more rounded and compact, while a bouquet has longer stems and a more loose construction.

Please note that our shop is closed to the public on Tuesdays, but you can still place orders online for Tuesday delivery.
