"Pretty Posies is a business run by people with absolute hearts of gold. My brother passed away during Cyclone Gabrielle, and I ordered floral letters for his funeral. In all the chaos of the aftermath of the cyclone, NZ Post lost our parcel. The day of the funeral, I turned up to the chapel and Pretty Posies had hand delivered a beautiful letter that included a little ghostbusters pin (my brother had special needs and was obsessed with ghostbusters). This gesture had my entire extended family in absolute tears, and meant so much to us. And when we did recieve the other letters they were so beautiful that we have decorated his grave with them and I will reorder every time they need a refresh. Please support this amazing company! They won't let you down! Even in the craziness of a cyclone! Thank you so much to the team at Pretty Posies, I am in awe of you!"
