"Busy place but excellent service. Helped me buy the best powder for my dogs toe nail (I cut it too short). Highly recommend to others."
"Fabulous Five starts!!! or more if the option was available - It is rare to find a vet clinic whose first priority is not all about the money - here you get genuine care for your furr family. Thank you, Rachael and staff."
"There’s something that’s certainly not right with this Clinic and their approach. The head vet who’s also probably the owner certainly needs some in-depth training in people skills. Some behavioural reprogramming would be very good for her. How she’s ever chosen to become a Vet will remain a mystery. There’s no compassion or kindness in any of her interactions. She would be excellent as a Corrections Officer or a Prison Guard. People who come there with their very sick and sometimes critically unwell pets need more than impersonal prescriptions from half baked vets (couple of them are beyond belief incompetent, some are okay). It’s a mystery why this head vet is so abrupt and what makes her so unfriendly and rude!! They are always overwhelmingly busy and rushed and skip vital steps in their treatment plan. As the head vet she should be ensuring that the vets are following the protocol properly instead of barging in on them frequently with her queries and demands during their consultation sessions. Their fees are very economical and is probably a big advantage for people who are not insured! This could be one of the major reasons why they are still in business!"
"I wish it was possible to give 0 stars. I had an absolutely horrific experience with this vet clinic. My cat received dental surgery to remove a tooth. Barely any handover given when I picked him up, and no post-op appt offered with the operating vet. I called the practice a few days later to say that something didn’t seem right, that my cats breath smelt and his gum was black. They told me it was likely just bruising. When I asked how long to give him pain meds for, they said they didn’t know. I ended up booking him in again a week after the surgery because of my concerns. The appt was made with a different vet, and she was half an hour late. At the appt she looked in my cats mouth for less than 10 seconds, said that he had food stuck in the surgical wound, flushed it with a syringe and sent me on my way with antibiotics. I didn’t feel comfortable with the care or the support I was receiving from this practice, so booked in with another practice and was told immediately that my cat had necrosis and that he was showing clear signs of tissue and bone death. Since then, I have had to spend almost $2000 in paying for additional surgery to remove the infected bone and tissue, and more than a month of heavy duty antibiotic treatment. All of which I feel could have been avoided had the original surgery been completed to an appropriate standard, and/or had the infection been identified at follow up appt. I have since sent multiple emails to the practice requesting a refund and have been ignored. After almost two months the owner finally returned my contact and asked me to send her receipts for the care he has since received, stating that she would “sort it out between us” and implying she would provide a refund. Since sending the receipts and invoices I have not heard a thing for a fortnight, despite sending a text and a couple of follow up emails. On the phone the owner also told me that the vet who performed my cats surgery was very ill following the surgery so has not been available to discuss the surgery or outcome of it. This to me suggests that she was not well enough to have been performing the surgery in the first place. Really, really concerning practice and abhorrent service. If you care about your pets well-being please do not take them to this vet clinic. I am in the process of approaching the vet council to report my experience, which is something I would not do unless I felt it absolutely necessary."
"Great experience I don't normally take the cats but I wanted to take our girl because we lost her brother 2 weeks ago. The vet was super nice and Ru took to her straight away. Quick and easy!"
