At The Brewing Institute, we are passionate about providing a hands-on experience for beer lovers who have always wanted to try their hand at home brewing. Our knowledgeable instructors will guide you through every step of the brewing process, ensuring that you feel confident and empowered to create your own brews.

Using top-quality equipment designed by WilliamsWarn right here in New Zealand, as well as premium ingredients sourced from home, the USA, and Europe, you can create your very own fresh and perfectly carbonated beer. With a variety of popular beer styles to choose from, you can enjoy your creation in as little as 7 days.

Our specially designed space offers separate brewing stations for 1-2 people, allowing for a personalized and intimate brewing experience. During our brew sessions, you have the opportunity to create up to two different styles of beer at one time, producing approximately 24 liters of your own brew. Once your beer is ready, you can take it home in bottles or kegs to enjoy at your leisure.

Even if you already have brewing experience, we welcome you to join our sessions. The Brewing Institute is open to anyone who appreciates a good brew and wants to further enhance their brewing skills.
