"We had our son's b'day party here and everything was a breeze. There were some last minute changes to numbers and they were great at accommodating us. From the moment you arrive they assign you a host that guides you on what's happening and when. In our case this was Renee and she was fantastic, kept the kids on track and made the whole thing really fun. We were assigned a large room that was up stair that accommodated the 19 kids and 10+ adults. Kids loved it and the parents too. Venue is clean and tidy and it wasn't over crowded. Staff were super friendly and helpful throughout, great place and atmosphere, plenty of parking on site."
