They engage with parents and children to create a learning programme that extends and elaborates on the children's interests. Every staff member genuinely cares deeply about the children and their learning, and that depth of relationship really allows the children to flourish. "Such dedicated teachers, who genuinely care about the tamariki in their care. Great learning environment where kids are encouraged to play as they wish; outside, inside with water, sand, paint, you name it. Small class size means you get to know the other families too. We’re looking forward to our youngest going there next year as Rutherford really helps in bringing out their personality through making them feel safe and heard."
