Don Buck Primary School

Welcome to Don Buck Primary School, a premier establishment and point of interest located on Don Buck Road in Auckland, New Zealand. As a primary school, we are dedicated to providing our tamariki (children) with an exceptional learning environment where they can thrive and grow.

At Don Buck School, we firmly believe in guiding our students to discover their exceptional qualities. We understand that each child has the potential to be exceptional in their own unique way, whether it be through their skills, talents, passions, or abilities. Our goal is to nurture these qualities and help our students reach their full potential.

Our vision is at the heart of everything we do. It drives us to continuously improve the lives of our tamariki and make a positive impact on our community. To achieve this, we have developed a comprehensive 2023 Annual Plan and a long-term Strategic Plan that align with our vision.

In order to enhance communication between our school and parents, we utilize the SeeSaw app for day-to-day communications. This allows parents to stay updated on their child's progress, upcoming events, and important announcements.

Our school operates on a four-term system, with Term 1 starting on 7th February and ending on 6th April. Term 2 runs from 26th April to 30th June, followed by Term 3 from 17th July to 22nd September. Finally, Term 4 takes place from 9th October to 14th December.
