Additionally, we have a qualified and licensed builder on staff who specializes in small-scale renovations, upgrades, and repair and maintenance work.

Over the years, we have built a team of trusted tradespeople who consistently deliver work to a very high standard. Unlike other property managers, we take the time to investigate and resolve issues ourselves before calling in external tradespeople, reducing unnecessary costs for property owners.

Our clients have noticed a significant reduction in maintenance costs since entrusting their properties to Total Property Company. By capping the number of properties we manage, we ensure that we remain available to our tenants and owners, maintaining our high service standards.

To further minimize costs, we have a builder/handyman on staff, reducing the need for additional trade call-outs. We only charge a 7.5% management fee ( GST) on rent received, and if the property is empty, you pay nothing. For invoices from other trades, we only charge 4% ( GST) and take care of appointment times, tenant access, and payment arrangements. No fee is charged on invoices from our staff builder.
