"Amazing food, service and atmosphere. Friendly, relaxed and enjoyable. Rooms provide what is needed for a stay with simplicity. Mattress very comfortable. Staff happy to help with all queries offering a supportive safe place to connect. Never need to travel far with 4-6 happy hour and inviting locals happy to extend great conversations. A bright bunch of people ✨️ Stayed here for 5 days w a family friend and daughter to celebrate her 16th birthday. Could not if been more satisfied with our stay. Thank you Cambridge Hotel and staff"

"I Had a late arrival arranged but though a series of mishaps I was locked out of the hotel late at night with my grand daughter. Emails not received as I was on a plane. I lost my credit card and put it on hold. The amazing guy from the bar( he had actually finished work) let us in. Called someone else who had also finished work. This guy came back to work and sorted out our room. Amazing service. They arranged a late check out for us. The room was clean and cosy. I am so grateful for these guys who went above and beyond their jobs. Thank you"

"The hotel has known better days. The fridge in the kitchen is leaking water on the food. The ground floor bathroom is really unpractical. The first floor carpet smell of old cigarette smoke (but they started to renew it when we were there, issue could be solved). No locker in the rooms. When you book there, ask for a first or second floor room."
